After successfully negotiating contracts and coming to agreements, with the attorney(s) help; and negotiating any inspection repairs or credits, then the attorneys can officially close the attorney review and inspection process. 

After this occurs, the buyer(s) will then drop off their second EMD to my broker's escrow account. After this, it will be harder for the buyer(s) to back out of their contract. Should the buyer back out of the deal for any reason other than failure to receive a mortgage within the agreed upon time frame, then the EMD will be returned back to you, the seller. While this is transpiring, we will wait until further notice and prepare the final stages of the home selling process!
