Now we need to get your home ready for market. This includes:

Paperwork. Selling your home requires agreements put in place so that we abide by all regulations and are able to maximize the potential of your home. We want to make sure you dot all your i's and cross all of your t's wouldn't you agree?

Your Top 10: No we don't mean Myspace. We mean the top 10 reasons you love your home. We don't mean easily identifiable things that buyers can already see, such as the new kitchen appliances, fireplace, etc. We mean intangibles like the view of the Manhattan skyline at sunrise, or the lack of noise during 5 o'clock rush hour, and the easy access to all of the major shopping centers while having that suburban feel of solace in your neighborhood. This will help us market your home.

1 Weeks Notice Prior to Launch Date: 5...4...3...2...1...0 Houston we have liftoff. Nah, I really mean the listing date on the MLS. Let us know which specific date you want your home to be listed on the MLS. Before then, we have to declutter your home, tie up loose ends, repair the old roof, and etc. If your home isn't  coming to market soon in show-ready status, we will need you to fill out a coming soon authorization form or place it temporarily off the market if it is still not ready within 14 days of the listing agreement.

Change your privacy settings on social media: We don't want potential buyers to look at your Facebook posts and gather information about you, only to low-ball you do we? By placing your privacy settings so that only your friends can see your posts, you will have a better chance of negotiating the best price for your home.
