This is an optional step, but in my opinion, well worth the investment. Whether you are a seller or a buyer, this is going to help lessen your headache and help you focus more on what you do best. For most this means the providing time value of money that is spent doing all the paperwork on their own, versus generating income while letting specialists handle all of their details.

They will help you with real estate transactions by helping you step-by-step on all that needs to get done to sell and close your home on time. The same is true for buyers as well. 

This should be done before a contract comes in so that an attorney(s) will already be named as the person to review all documents.
